Ingredients:

chicken wings
- a
handful parsley
- a large
red onion
- 2-3
pieces of garlic
- juice
from one lime
- a
tablespoon honey
- a
tablespoon ginger
- a
tablespoon cumin

extravirgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 60 min.

Preparation:
1.In a
bowl mix these ingredients: wings cut in two (seasoned with salt and pepper),
cumin, greated garlic, chilli sliced, ginger grated, juice from lime, parsley
finely chopped, onion sliced, honey and olive oil. Put in a fridge for about
one hour.
2.Preheat
the oven. In a baking pan with olive oil put the chicken and leave in a oven 40
minutes. Meanwile mix the ingredients to cook evently.
3.We can
serve with a salad or a souce.
