Even if
it’s not grilled recipe really worth trying.
Ingredients:
- Pork
ribs 6-7
- Chili
sauce (I used sweet sauce)
- 3
tablespoons honey
- Extra
virgin olive oil
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 60 min.
Servings: 2-3
Preparation:
1.Wash
well the ribs and drain them on a kitchen towel. Seasoned the ribs with salt,
pepper, chili sauce, olive oil and honey. Mix well for the flavors to meld.
2.Preheat
the oven. In a tray with baking paper sit the ribs and put some water. Cook in
the oven for about 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
3.We can
serve the ribs with risotto.
