Toasts with mushrooms baked in the oven and parmesan

Ingredients:
- 8 medium champignon mushrooms
- 2-3 pieces of garlic
- 4 slices of bread
- butter
- parmesan
- a few parsley leaves
- extravirgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 25 min.

Serve: 2

Preparation:
1.Wash and clean the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
2.Preveat the oven. In a baking pan greased with olive oil put the mushrooms. Sprinkle with olive oil and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.
3.Baked the bread in a toaster, rubbed the bread with garlic and butter. Cut the mushrooms into small slices and put them on each toast.  Spread the parsley on the top.

4.Serve the dish hot.
