Fried beef with asparagus and feta cheese


Ingredients:
- 400 g tenderloin beef
- 250 asparagus
- 100 g feta cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 35 min.

Serve: 2-3

Preparation:
1.Wash the meat and cut into thin pieces (about one centimeter thick). Remove (clean) bark on the stems of the asparagus.
2.Place the meat in a pan, put some water and a tablespoon of oil. Let boil, simmer until water drops.
3.Seasoned meat with salt and pepper. Add washed asparagus and cover the pan with a lid.
Wait about 15 minutes, until asparagus became softened and the meat is cooked and golden brown.
4. Three minutes before removing the pan from the heat, fill with crumbled feta cheese.
