Chicken with rosemary souce and baked potatoes


Ingredients:
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- two sprigs rosemary
- 3 lemons
- 5 pieces of garlic
- 50 g butter
- a tablespoon honey
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 90 min.

Serving: 4

Preparation:
1.Boil potatoes (peeled and cut in two) in salted water for about 10-15 minutes.
2.Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl melt the butter and add sprigs of rosemary, crushed unpeeled garlic, juice of one lemon, honey and reduce the heat. Cook foar about 15 minutes.
3.Put the potatoes in a pan, season with salt, pepper and add olive oil.
4.In another pan add the chicken, salt, pepper, sauce, lemon slices and lemon juice for the  last lemon.
5.Preheat the oven and put the trays inside. Leave for about 50 minutes and stir it of many times. If the sauce drops to much add a  half cup of water.
6.Serve baked potatoes with chicken.
