Ingredients:
- 3 small zucchini
- 400 g penne pasta
- 200 g bacon
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- two eggs
- 25 ml of milk
- 200 g grated cheese
- extravirgin olive oil
- salt
Serving: 4
Preparation:
1.In a big pan with olive oil cook the bacon for 5 minutes.
Add the zucchini (clean and cut in small pieces) in the pan. Season with
pepper, complete with thyme and mix the ingredients. We wait until the water evaporated.
2.In the same time boil the pasta and drain the pasta in a
sieve.
3.Prepare the souce: in a bowl add eggs, milk, cheese and
mix until it becomes homogeneous.
4.Add the souce in the pan and mix. At the end put the pasta,
reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
