Ingredients:
- 6 apples
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- a teaspoon cinnamon
- 250 g flour
- ½ cup of water
- a pinch of salt.
Total cooking time: approx. 50 min.
Serve: 4
Preparation:
1.Prepare dough: mix flour with salt and gradually add water. We must
obtain a homogeneous composition. Put the dough covered with a foil in the
fridge for 30 minutes.
2.Prepare the mix: in a pan melt the butter with brown sugar and gradually
add the apples cut slices. Cook 5 minutes on each side until the apples are
caramelized. Spice with cinnamon.
3.Put the dough in a tray tarts and then the apples slices and the souce
from the pan.
4.Preheat the oven. Put the tart in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
