Chicken drumsticks wrapped in bacon with mushrooms

Ingredients:

- 6 chicken drumsticks

- 6 slices of bacon

- 10 medium mushrooms

- 2-3 cloves of garlic

- extra virgin olive oil

- salt

- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 50 minutes

Servings: 2

Preparation:

1.Clean and wash the chicken. Cut the meat in 2-3 places with a knife (making a small hole). Seasoned well with salt and pepper. Scrape the garlic and give a massage to the chicken, also put garlic into the hole.

2.Wrapped the chicken with each slice of bacon. Wash the mushrooms well and seasoned with salt and pepper.

3.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. In a tray with baking paper put the drumsticks, sprinkle with olive oil mushrooms all around the meat.

4.Cook in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the meat and mushrooms are browned.
