Ingredients:
- 5-6
leeks
- 50 g
parmesan
- 100 g
brie cheese
- 100 g
cheddar
- 100 g single
cream
- 2-3
tablespoons thyme
- 50 g unsalted
butter
- two
cloves of garlic
- extra
virgin olive oil.
Total cooking time: approx. 70 minutes
Servings: 4
Preparation:
1.Wash
the leeks and cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
2.Grate
the parmesan, brie cheese and cheddar.
3.Preheat
the oven. In a hot pan with olive oil meat the butter and then add thyme, garlic.
Cook garlic 1-2 minutes then add the leeks. Cook on medium heat until leeks is soften
(stirring occasionally).
4. After
the leeks have softened nicely complete with cream, cheese and mix gently.
5.Put
the pan in the oven and leave for about 35 minutes, until cheese is nicely
browned on top.
