Ingredients:
- 450 g
fillets salmon
- 5
garlic pieces
- a
handful of fresh parsley
- one
teaspoon dried basil
- two
tablespoons lemon juice
- 2
pieces of aluminum foil
- 6
tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 90 min.

Preparation:
1.Clean fish scales and wash.
2.Separately
prepare the marinade: in a bowl add chopped garlic, olive oil, basil, lemon
juice and chopped parsley.Mix the ingredients together.
3.Add
fish in Bowl and mix. Put the salmon in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
4.In a
baking dish or roasting pan place a piece of aluminum foil. Put the fish into
another aluminum foil. Add a glass of water and then leave in the oven. 30-35
minutes.
Mentions: Can be served with baked
potatoes or rice.
