Turkey in red wine with vegetables and mushrooms


Ingredients:
- 500-600 g deboned turkey leg
- a large onion
- 3 carrots
- 5 pieces of garlic
- a parcely root
- two cups semidry red wine
- two sprigs thyme (or dry)
- a sprig fresh rosemary (or dry)
- 2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 60 min.

Serving: 2-3

Preparation:
1.We seasoned the turkey with salt and pepper.In a hot pan cook the meat for 8-10 minutes until it changes color.Then put the meat on a kitchen towel.
2.Put chopped onion in the same pan, carrots into pieces and the parsley finely chopped. Complete with sliced garlic, thyme, rosemary and cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes.Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
3.The dish is ready when the meat is cooked.
4. Serve with cooked mushrooms drained in a sieve.
