Tortellini with tomato sauce and vegetables


Ingredients:
- 250 g tortellini
- 250 g tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 garlic pieces
- 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano grated
- 400 g of frozen vegetables
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- a few fresh tarragon leaves (or dry)
- salt
-pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 50 min.

Serving: 2-3

Preparation:
1.In a pot boil tortellini for 8-10 minutes and then drain on a sieve. Do the same with vegetables for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl mix fast the flour with the tomato sauce. If the mix is too hard add  a little of  water.
3.Cook the garlic, chopped very fine, in a pan for about 2-3 minutes. Add the mix from the bowl, spice with salt and pepper and let them to boil until the sauce hardens. Complete with Parmigiano Reggiano, tarragon, mix well then add the tortellini and vegetables. Mix again for 5 minutes and take off the heat.
4.Serve the sauce and vegetables with the tortellini.
