Citrus salad with fennel


Ingredients:
- two large salads
- one quarter fennel bulb
- 3 large oranges
- 2 large grapefruit
- 3-4 medium radishes
- 150 g goat cheese
- juice from half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon good mustard
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 20 min.

Serving: 2

Preparation:
1.Wash the salad and put it in a bowl. Clean two oranges and a grapefruit.Remove the skin from the grapefruit. Break into pieces and put the fruits in a bowl with chopped radishes and fennel slices.
2.Prepare the dressing: mix fast olive oil with mustard. Put the lemon juice gradually and then juice squeezed from an orange and a grapefruit. Spice up with salt and pepper.
3. Put the dressing in the bowl and mix.
