Asparagus with bacon, eggs and goat cheese


I present to you a very healthy recipe through the quality of ingredients used.
I recommend it with pleasure.

Ingredients:
- 500 ml asparagus
- 6 medium eggs
- 5 slices of smoked bacon
- thyme
- 200 g goat cheese (optional feta)
- extravirgin olive oil
- salt
- one garlic clove
- freshly ground pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 45 min.

Serve:  3-4

Preparation:       
1.Clean the asparagus and then go throw a cold water. Cut the asparagus into small pieces (3-4 cm each stem).
2.Beat the eggs in a bowl with a quarter of crushed cheese, salt and pepper.
3.In a hot skillet with olive oil cook chopped bacon until golden brown and water drops. Add chopped garlic (or grated), asparagus and leave until it becomes soft.
4.Preheat the oven at 120 degrees. Place the pan in the oven and wait 5 minutes until asparagus is tender and eggs are cooked.
5.Serve the dish after 3 minutes.
