Egg bread with banana and forest fruits


Ingredients:
- 200 g forest fruits (raspberry, cranberry, blueberry)
- 8 slices wholemeal bread
- 2 eggs
- a banana
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- sunflower oil.

Total cooking time: approx 20 min.

Serve: 2

Preparation:
1.Make in each slice a pocket (on lengthwise) for fruits.
2.In a blender put the eggs, banana and cinnamon.
3.In each pocket add fruits (but not so much because when we press the fruitts come out).
4.Soak the bread into eggs mix.
5.In a hot pan with oil cook the bread on each side until they become golden brown.
6.Serve the dish hot.
