Ingredients:
- 500 g
fresh broccoli
- 1 kg
fresh cauliflower
- 3
tablespoons butter
- 4
tablespoons flour
- 400 ml
of milk
- 2
cloves of garlic
- 80 g
parmesan
- 3-4
slices of bread
- a bay
leaf
- two
sprigs thyme
- a
tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 80 min.
Servings: 4
Preparation:
1.In a
pan melt butter and then put sliced garlic, bay leaf and flour.
Gradually
add milk and mix fast to not form lumps. Put chopped broccoli cover the pan
with a lid and wait about 15 minutes until it is nice and soft.
Take off
the heat and mixing broccoli in a blender until it becomes a paste.
2.Clean
the blender and then put bread with thyme and olive oil. Mix up until became
crumble.
3.In a
tray or baking dish arrange cauliflower cut into pieces, salt, pepper, broccoli
paste, parmesan and bread flavored above.
4.Preheat
the oven. Put the tray in the oven for about 45 minutes until browned on top
and cook inside.
