Ingredients:
For the
gnocchi:
- 3
boiled potatoes
- an egg
- 250 g
plain flour
- a
pinch of nutmeg
- salt

pepper.
For the
sauce:
- extra
virgin olive oil
- 4
cloves of garlic
- 50 g
green olives
- 30
Parmesan
- 100 g
cherry tomatoes
- 6
medium mushrooms (i used champignon)
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: 60 min.

Preparation:
1.Prepare
the gnocchi: In a bowl grated boiled potatoes. Add egg, flour, nutmeg, salt and
mix slowly until we get the dough. On a wooden board stretch the dough in the
shape of sticks and cut them into cubes. Meanwhile bring to boil a pot of salty
water, reduce the heat, and prepare another pot with cold water. Gradually add
the pasta in boiling water and when return to the surface they are ready.
Transferred pasta in cold water and then drain then on a kitchen towel.
2.Prepare
the sauce: In a hot pan with olive oil cook sliced ??garlic for about one
minute. Then put the sliced mushrooms, seasoned well with salt, pepper and wait
5-10 minutes for the flavors interconnected. Complete with olives cut in half,
tomatoes cut into four. Cook for another 10 minutes.
3.Add
the gnocchi into sauce (pan), leave a few minutes and the recipe is ready.
