Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 12
tablespoons sugar
- 15
tablespoons oil
- 40 g
flour
- a
sachet baking powder
- 3-4
sachets vanilla sugar
- 400 g
plain yogurt (2% fat)
- 500 g
strawberries.
Total cooking time: approx. 60 min.
Serving: 6
Preparation:
1.In a
bowl mix the eggs with sugar until it meals. Add oil gradually over time
and then the yogurt and flour.
2.After the mixture smooth put it in a roasting pan and
decorate with pieces of strawberries.
3.Leave in the oven for about 40 minutes. Check with a
toothpick the dough. When is nothing on it means that the preparation is ready.
4.Serve the cake with vanilla sugar sprinkled on top.
