Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta
- 1 or 2 medium zucchini (courgettes
optional)
- 200 g bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 300 g cream for cooking
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.
Total cooking time: approx.
30 min.
Serve: 4-5
Preparation:
1.In a pot with water and salt cook pasta
and drain them in a sieve.
2.Cook diced bacon in a hot pan with olive
oil until golden brown and water drops.
Add peeled zucchini and cut into sliced
thin. Reduce on low heat and leave for about another 5 minutes for zucchini to soften. Put grated garlic and season
with pepper.
3.Put the pasta in the pan with cream, half
the Parmesan and cook for 3-5 minutes. We stirring occasionally for the flavors to interconnect.
4.Serve the pasta with parmesan sprinkled on top.
