Ingredients:
- 700 g minced lamb
- a large onion
- two or three carots
- two eggs
- 4-5 boiled medium potatoes
- a tablespoon grated ginger
- 3-4 tablespoons pepper paste
- a spring fresh rosemary
- a peak tablespoon dried thyme
- 50 ml red wine
- 100 g grated parmesan
- extravirgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Preparation:
1. In a hot pan with olive oil put the
meat, seasoned with salt, pepper and cook until the meat changes color. Add
onion and carots (grated), ginger, pepper paste, rosemary leaves finely chopped
and let the flavors mingle. Complete with wine and wait until alcohol
evaporates.
2.In a bowl mash potatoes and mix well
with the eggs, half parmesan, salt and pepper.
3.Preheat the oven. In a tray/ pan put
meat and potatoes over. Poke with a fork to aerate the dish while baking.
4.Put the tray in the oven and leave
approximate 40 minutes until is golden brown.
5.Serve with parmesan sprinkled on top.
