Turkey gammon with baked potatoes and salad


Ingredients:
- 400 g turkey breast
- 200 g gammon (bacon optional)
- couple of sage leaves
- 150 g salad mix (rucola, spinach, kale, etc.)
- sunflower oil
- salt
- Freshly ground pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 60 min.

Servings: 3-4

Preparation:
1.Clean the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Preheat the oven. In a baking dish or pan, put potatoes, then seasoned with salt and pepper. Leave in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
2.Cut the turkey meat into equal pieces. Thin slices gammon (if it's a larger piece).
3.Seasoned the breast with salt, pepper and attach a sage leaf on each side. Wrap the turkey in gammon, seasoned (if needed) and fix with toothpicks and floss food.
4.In a hot skillet with oil fry the meat until nicely browned on top and is cooked inside.
5.Serve the meat with potatoes and salad on the plate.
