Ingredients:
- 10
bananas
- pastry
dough
- a wire
vanilla
- 100 g
butter
- 150 g
brown sugar.
Total cooking time: approx. 55 min.
Servings: 4
Preparation:
1.In a
pot pan put the sliced butter so it covers the bottom.
2.Sprinkle
on top with brown, over butter and vanilla essence squeezed.
3.Cut
the bananas into pieces (4-5 cm in lenght) and put them in butter, side by
side.
4.Cover
the bananas with the dough then let simmer for 10-15 minutes (after
preferences) to caramelize beautifully.
4.Preheat
the oven. Reverse the dish in a baking pan (with caramelized bananas up) and
let in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
