Ingredients:

g pork (tenderloin or leg)
- 200 ml
semi-dry red wine
- two
rosemary springs
- two
onions
- extra
virgin olive oil
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 70 min.
Waiting time: 60 min.

Preparation:
1.Wash
the meat and dry with a kitchen towel.
2.Prepare
the marinate: in a large bowl put the pork, chopped onions, rosemary leaves
(finely chopped),
wine and
cover with a lid or foil food. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
3.Preheat
the oven. In a pan/ baking dish arrange marinated meat and let in the oven for
about
an hour.
Meanwhile return the meat to penetrate evenly.
