Chicken livers with tomatoes, onion and garlic


Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken livers
- 4 tomatoes
- un onion
- two pieces of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 55 min.

Serving: 3

Preparation:
1.Wash and clean the livers. Put him in a bowl with milk for about 5 minutes.
2.Meanwhile cut the onions and tomatoes into slices. In a pan with olive oil add in the layers as follows: onion, tomatoes, garlic finely sliced and the livers. Season with salt and pepper and put in the preheat oven for 40 minutes.
3.We can serve the livers with a salad or mashed potatoes.
