Meatballs in cinnamon souce


Ingredients:
- 500 g minced beef
- an onion
- 4 pieces of garlic
- two slices of bread
- 100 ml of milk
- two eggs
- 250 ml dry red wine
- a tablespoon of cinnamon
- thyme
- two tablespoons of flour
- sugar
- oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 60 min.

Servings: 4

Preparation:
1.Put the meat in a bowl and seasoned with salt and pepper. Complete with onion finely sliced, chopped garlic, the eggs, and the slices of bread soaked in milk. Mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
2.Make the meatballs after go through flour. Fry them in a pan until nicely browned and take them to a napkin to drain the oil.
3.In the same pan without oil prepare the souce: mix the wine, cinnamon, pepper, thyme and sugar. Reduce the heat and cook until the souce drops.
4.Drain the souce into a sieve and put over the meet.
5.Serve with pasta.
