Ingredients:
- 8 medium tomatoes
- 100 g cooked rice
- a handful fresh dill
- 5 pieces of garlic
- 100 g grated cheese
- 5 slices smoked bacon
- extravirgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 60 min

Preparation:
1.Cut
each tomatoes on top and remove the core. Drain them on a napkin. Put the core
into a bowl.
2.
Prepare the mix: mix the rice with the grated garlic, half cheese and the bacon
cut into pieces. Spice the tomatoes with salt and pepper and put the mix inside
them.
3.Preheat
the oven. Into a baking pan with olive oil arrange the tomatoes and let in the
oven for about 45 minutes. After 20 minutes put the core into the pan.
5.Serve
the tomatoes with the remaining cheese and the dill finely slices on top.
