Spaghetti with pancetta and mushrooms


Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 5 large mushrooms
- 200 g pancetta
- 150 g double cream
- 50 g Parmesan
- a large red onion
- salt
- freshly ground pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 40 minutes

Servings: 4-5

Preparation:
1.In a pan cook red onion chopped over medium heat. Add diced pancetta and wait until pancetta change the color (a bit brown).
2.In a pot with a little olive oil boil the pasta then drain them in a sieve for excess water.
3.Add the mushrooms (clean and cut into slices) in a skillet pan. Cook until water drops. Seasoned well with salt and pepper. Then take the pan off the heat, let cool slightly, then fill with sour cream and mix well.
4.We serve the pasta with grated Parmesan on top.
