Duck stuffed with mandarins


Ingredients:
- a duck (around 2.5 kg)
- 3-4 canned mandarins (300 g each)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 130 minutes

Servings: 6-8

Preparation:
1.Wash the duck. Seasoned well with salt and pepper. Put the juice of mandarins over the duck.
2.We stuffed the duck with the mandarins.
3.Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. In a tray with baking paper put the meat and leave in the oven for about 2 hours, until the duck is cooked and nicely browned on top.
4.Serve the duck with baked potatoes or vegetables.
