Ingredients:

chicken thighs
- two
red onions
- 3-4
cloves of garlic
- two
tablespoons brown sugar
- 20 ml
soy sauce
- two
lime
- salad
(Lettuce, arugula, etc.)
- extra
virgin olive oil
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 75 minutes.
Serving: 2-3
Preparation:
1.Prepare
a marinade: sliced onions, crushed garlic (and sliced), olive oil, salt, pepper
and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2.In a
hot pan with olive oil cook the meat for 5-8 minutes until is golden brown, then pour the marinade over.
3.Prepare
a sauce of soy sauce, juice from one lime, sugar, a little water and mix well.
Put the sauce evenly over the meat, cover with a lid, reduce the heat and cook
30-40 minutes. Chicken is cooked when is
soft, golden brown and the souce must to drop.
4.Prepare
a dressing for salad: juice from the other lime, two drops vinegar, extra
virgin olive, salt and mix well.
5.Serve
the chicken with salad.
