Ingredients:
- 500 g
chicken breast
- 4
slices of bacon
- maize
flour
- 3
tablespoons Dijon mustard (or good quality mustard)
- 150 g
yogurt (0% fat)
- a
tablespoon basil (fresh or dried)
- two
salads (lettuce or others)
- 2-3
fillets of anchovies (optional)

ciabatta bread/ toasts
- extra
virgin olive oil
-
vinegar
-
paprika
- salt
-
pepper.
Total cooking time: approx. 60 minutes

Preparation:
1.Prepare
the chicken: Cut the meat into strips and then on lengthwise. Seasoned with
salt, pepper and corn flour go through. In a pan with olive oil fry the meat
until it takes a dark color crust.
2.In
another pan with hot extra virgin olive oil cook the bacon cut into pieces for
about 2-3 minutes until the color is changed. Complete with anchovies and cook
for another 2 minutes.
3.Prepare
the dressing: In a bowl put yogurt, mustard, salt, vinegar, paprika, basil
(torn in hands). Mix well until all homogenized. Go through the chicken in this
dressing.
3.After
combine salad (washed well and torn into pieces), chicken, bacon, bread or
toast (torn into small pieces) and seasoned with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients
easily (to not crush the salad) for all the flavors to interconnect and the recipe
is done.
