Ingredients:
- 500-600 g pork chops
- 3 large white onions
- 1-2 fresh sprigs rosemary
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- dried or fresh thyme
- paprika.

Preparation:
1.Prepare the pork: wash the
