Pork stew with rosemary served with polenta


Ingredients:
- 500-600 g pork chops
- 3 large white onions
- 1-2 fresh sprigs rosemary
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- dried or fresh thyme
- paprika.

Total cooking time: approx. 95 minutes
                                                                      
Servings: 3-4

Preparation:
1.Prepare the pork: wash the meat and cut her off from the bone in pieces. Cut the meat in medium pieces. Cut onions into medium pieces.
2.In a pot with hot olive oil, cook the onions until changes his color. Add pork and water enough to cover the meat. After the water has dropped seasoned with salt, pepper, chopped rozmarin leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Complete with water and cook (with a lid on) until the meat tenderizer. When the water has decreased by half and the pork is soft add plenty of paprika, seasoned if must and leave few minutes.
3.Prepare the polenta.
4.Serve the steak with polenta.
