Spaghetti with tuna, anchovies and arugula


Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti from wheat flour
- 4 anchovies fillets
- a good handful of arugula
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ chili or more (after preferences)
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- a tablespoon pickled capers
- a good quality canned tuna
- juice of a half lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt.

Total cooking time: approx. 45 minutes.

Servings: 4

Preparation:
1.Boil pasta in salted water.
2.In the meantime, prepare the vegetables: cut garlic into small pieces, shredded the anchovy fillets and cut tomatoes in four pieces.
3.Int a hot pan with olive oil cooked 3-5 minutes cook these ingredients listed above. Add the capers and mix well.
4.Complete with the pasta (drained in a sieve), then mix again. Put a cup of pasta water, arugula, tuna and seasoned with salt.
5.At the final sprinkle lemon juice, mix well until the flavors mingle and preparation is done.
