Carp with tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs


Ingredients:
- a carp (1 kg or 1.5 kg)
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 5 big champignon mushrooms
- two brown onions
- a handful parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- a lemon
- a few slices of lime (for decoraton)
-salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 50 minutes

Serving:  4

Preparation:
1.Clean the fish and dry him with a kitchen towel.
2.Prepare the vegetables: tomatoes, onions, mushrooms slices and finely chopped parsley.
3.In a pan/ baking dish coated with olive oil layered as follows: onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, fish seasoned well and half a lemon (slices). The other part of lemon (slices) put in fish belly.
4.Preheat the oven. Put the pan in the oven for about 30 minutes and five minutes before take out the pan,  add  the other quantity of parsley on top.
5.Serve the recipe warm.
