Chicken breast with green olives and potatoes


Ingredients:
- a large chicken breasts
- 2-3 large potatoes
- 150 g green olives
- 200 g sour cream (12 % fat)
- a large onion
- one cup chicken stock
- 3-4 garlic pieces
- coriander seeds
- oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 100 min

Serving: 3-4

Preparation:
1.Wash, clean the chicken and them cut him in large pieces. Spice up with salt and pepper.
2. In a hot frying pan with oil, add the chopped onion. Leave until they change color and put it in a tray. In a pan cook the chicken until he gets a golden crust.
3.Add in pan the breast, sliced potatoes, chicken stock and leave in the oven until the potatoes and the chicken are done If the stock evaporates too much may add a little of water.
