Egg fried bread with mozzarella and breadcrumbs


Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- two tablespoons of milk
- 4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 100 g mozzarella
- sunflower oil
- salt.

Total cooking time: approx. 20 min.

Serving: 2

Preparation:
1.In a bowl mix the eggs with the milk and little salt. Dip the bread in the egg. Cut the mozzarella in thin slices. Take two slices of bread and between them add one or two slices of mozarella. Form a sandwich and  get it through the breadcrumbs. Do the same with all the sandwiches.
2.In a pan with oil fry the sandwiches for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
3. Absorb the excess oil with a napkin from the fried sandwiches.
4. Serve it warm.
