Marinated turkey legs in the oven


Ingredients:
- 2 turkey legs
- 2 large onions
-10 pieces of garlic
- 3-4 bay leaves  
- 2 carrots
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- a sprig thyme
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 110 min.

Waiting time: 12-24 hours

Servings: 2

Preparation:
1.Prepare your meat to marinate: wash and clean the legs. Whith a knife cut each leg deep in the 3-4 places and spice up with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil, rosemary leaves finely chopped and then put thyme beneath the skin. Let them 12-24 hours in the fridge while you may return from one side to another.
2.In a pan with olive oil add meat with bay leaves and garlic sheets in holes made. Complete around the legs with carrots cut slices, onions cut in four, the rest of the rosemary over the meat and 2 cups water.
3.Put the pan in the oven and cook the turkey for 45 minutes on each side.
