Bavarian salad


Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 150 g pitted olives
- A red onion
- 3 pickles
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 45 min.

Serving: 4

Preparation:
  
1.Wash the potatoes and put them into a pot. Boil the potatoes in salty water.
2.Boil the eggs for about 4-5 minutes and then cut the pickled into small pieces and the onion julienne.
3. Drain the potatoes into a sieve and peeling them. Cut into medium pieces and mix with the mayonnaise into a big bowl. Add the pickles, two eggs cut slices, spice with salt, pepper and mix all the ingredients.
4.Put the olives above and the others eggs in slices.
