Roll meat in home made pastry crust


Ingredients:
- beef-pork mince 500 g
- 500 g champignon mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- green bell pepper
- 5 eggs (3 hard-boiled eggs)
- 3 cloves garlic
- dried thyme
- 300 g flour
- 50 g butter
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: 120 min.

 Serving: 6

Preparation:
1.Preparing dough: mix one cup water 300 g flour with 50 g butter and two eggs. Knead until you obtain a homogeneous composition. We leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2.Boil the mushrooms and carrots sliced. Then boil 3 eggs.
3.Then prepare the meat mix: in a bowl put the meat, mushrooms, carrots, diced pepper, grated garlic, finely chopped eggs, thyme, salt, pepper and mix well. Take the dough out of the fridge.
4. In a pan or baking dish with olive oil, add the meat wrapped in dough like a cake form. Apply a little olive oil over and leave in the preaheated oven for 60-70 minutes.
5.Serve it warm.
