Rice asian style


Ingredients:
- 200 g rice
- 3-4 spring onions
- 4 tablespoons soy souce
- one teaspoon curry
- a chilli pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper.

Total cooking time: approx. 40 min.

Serving: 4

Preparation:
1.Boil the rice in water with salt for 10-15 min. Drain the rice on a sieve.
2.In a pan with olive oil cook the rice for 5-6 minutes. Add soy souce, salt, pepper and one teaspoon curry. Mix well and then take off the heat. Complete with the onions and chilli cut slice. Easy mix and this recipe is ready.
