Ingredients:
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 450 g minced chicken
- a small zucchini
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g cheese
- 350 g tomato pasta
- 2 onions
- 5 pieces of garlic
- a handful fresh parsley
- 5-6 fresh basil leave
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper.
Total
cooking time: approx. 110 min.
Serving: 5-6
Preparation:
1.In a bowl boil
the pasta ‚al dante’. In other bowl boil the mushrooms.
2.In the same time,
in a bowl, prepare the filling: Cook the chopped onions in olive oil and chopped
zucchini cut in small pieces. Complete with the mushrooms (drained in a sieve),
meat, salt, pepper, reduce the heat, and cook all together for about 15 minutes.
Add the garlic, parsley and basil (finely chopped) and cook for another 10
minutes.
3.Brush a baking
pan with two tablespoons of butter, put a layer of fillind and one of the grated
cheese. Repeat the layers until running out of ingredients.
4.Preheat the oven.
Put the baking dish inside the oven and wait for about 30-45 minutes.
