Ingredients:
- 6 large mushrooms (I used
champignon)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 125 g fresh mozzarella
- 80 g unsalt butter
- 250 g flour
- an onion
- a half cup water
- dried or fresh oregano
- dried or fresh basil
- salt
- pepper.

cooking time: approx. 50 min.

Preparation:
1.Preparing
dough: mix hard butter with flour, salt and gradually add
water. We must obtain a homogeneous composition and the dough should be soft
but not sticky. Cover the dough in a food wrap and put in a freezer for about 30
minutes.

In a pan with melted butter cook chopped onion and sliced mushrooms 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Let the
pan over medium heat and bring to boil, until the water drops.
3. In
a bowl shape the dough and add: mixture of mushrooms, grated mozzarella,
tomatoes scratched with a knife than oregano on top.

We leave in the oven for 30-35 minutes. The recipe is done when the dough is
baked and browned on top.
