Ingredients:
- a chicken breast
- 400 g penne
- a carrot
- half a onion
- half a celery stalk
- 3 garlic pieces
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- a quarter chilli (optional)
- a glass of white wine
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- a handful parsley
- salt
- pepper.
Total cooking time:
approx. 75 min.
Serving: 4-5
Preparation:
1.Boil the pasta and drain it in a sieve.
2. In a pan with olive oil Cook carrot, onion, celery, all
cut as finely for 5 minutes. Add the crushed garlic with your hand and reduce
heat. Complete with thyme and bay leafs crushed in hand.
3. Put chopped chicken breast and leave 5-10 minutes until
they change color. Add wine. Spice up with salt and leave until the wine
evaporates. Add pepper and 100 ml water.
4. Leave approximately 40 minutes, remove thyme and put
chopped parsley.
5. Serve the pasta with chicken and parmesan cheese on top.
