New potatoes in bacon with white sauce


Ingredients:
- 500 smaller new potatoes
- 250 g bacon
- 300 g yoghurt
- 2-3 garlic pieces
- 2-3 drops of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 - salt
 - oil.

Total cooking time: approx. 90 min.

Serving: 2-3

Preparation:
1.Wash potatoes and boil in half with salt.
2.Clean the potatoes and cover each potato with a slice of bacon. Fixe it with toothpicks.
3. Fry the potatoes in the oil until browned.
4.Prepare the sauce: In a bowl mix garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt until it becomes a paste. Gradually add the yogurt.
5. Serve the potatoes with souce added above.
