Ingredients:
- 10 large champignon mushrooms
- 2 large onions
- 200 ml sour cream
- 50 ml milk
- one tablespoon flour
- one teaspoon paprika
- a handful fresh parsley
- two tablespoons oil
- salt
- pepper.
Total cooking time:
approx. 60 min.
Serving: 4
Preparation:
1.Clean the mushrooms, cut them in slices and wash them.
2.Cook chopped onion in a pan with hot oil for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and leave until the water falls. Put a half cup water,
chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
3.Meanwhile prepare the basis: in a bowl mix the flour,
paprika, sour cream, milk to obtain a homogeneous composition. Add mixture over
mushrooms and mix over low heat about 5 minutes.
4. Serve with a polenta.
